Danny has recently worked closely with brothers Alberto and Antonio to relaunch Bertoni Casalinga in both Balmain and the Sydney CBD, introducing a more modern approach to their traditional Italian dining concept. He has also assisted in producing the café’s first cookbook, I Only Eat Bertoni, contributing a number of his own signature recipes.
